Volunteer opportunities

The Kingston Rowing Club Volunteer Credit Program encourages members and families to support the club while helping reduce program costs. Participants enroll in the program by paying a $100 Volunteer Credit Fee at the start of the season.

Once enrolled, participants can earn the full $100 back as an account credit by completing a minimum of 4 hours of approved volunteer service during the season.

Volunteer opportunities may include:

  • Regatta support

  • Boathouse and grounds clean-up

  • Fundraising initiatives

  • Equipment maintenance assistance

  • Administrative or program support

  • Volunteer positions at club events

Volunteer hours must be submitted through this page and approved by the Volunteer Coordinator

Once 4 approved volunteer hours have been completed, the participant will receive a $100 credit.

This program is designed to support the continued success of the club while encouraging community involvement and shared responsibility among members and families.

We acknowledge that the Kingston Rowing Club operates on the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe, Haudenosaunee and Huron-Wendat Nations. We are grateful to be able to use these waterways and lands everyday. We pay our respects to the ancestors and current members of these nations as the original caretakers of this land and Turtle Island.
