Youth Recreational Rowing - Summer
General Description:
The Recreational Rowing program offers athletes with previous rowing experience the chance to get out on the water, stay active and enjoy a thriving and inclusive community. This program provides a supportive, positive environment where athletes can develop, improve, and gain speed on the water at their own pace while building lifelong fitness.
Is this program right for you?
Athletes aged 14-18, interested in a fun and casual rowing experience.
Previous rowing experience (competitive or recreational) is required. New rowers must complete our Learn to Row program before joining the Recreational Rowing program.
Practice Schedule:

$200 + HST per session
(if this is your first Rowing Session of the year, you will need to register with RCA&RowOn and pay the annual fee - details as you register)
What's Next:
Once you’ve completed a Recreational Rowing program, there are several ways to continue your rowing journey. If you are ready for a more challenging experience with increased training and racing opportunities, you may choose to join one of our Competitive Programs. If you would like to continue improving your technique, fitness, and confidence on the water at a steady and enjoyable pace, you can continue within our Recreational Programs and keep building your skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Adult Recreational Rowing - Summer

Our Recreational Rowing program is the perfect way to get out on the water, stay active, and become part of a fun, welcoming community — whether you’re brand new to rowing or already have some experience.
Designed for adults looking to challenge themselves and enjoy the outdoors, this program offers a supportive environment where you can build confidence, improve your skills, and progress at your own pace while developing lifelong fitness.
Experience the energy and excitement of rowing as part of an eight-person crew, working together in sync on the water. No need to bring a full team — we’ll place you in a crew and help you connect with other rowers. But if you do have friends who want to join, even better!
And don’t worry about unpredictable weather — rain or shine, we’ve got a plan to keep you moving, learning, and having fun.
You will row 2x a week, for 4 weeks

Adult Recreational Rowing - Full Boat - Summer
Our Full Recreational Program with Friends!
Experience the energy and excitement of rowing as part of an eight-person crew, working together in sync on the water. No need to bring a full team — we’ll place you in a crew and help you connect with other rowers. But if you do have friends who want to join, even better - register as an 8 so you are learning/rowing with your friends or co-workers.
