Youth Recreational Rowing - Summer
General Description:
The Recreational Rowing program offers athletes with previous rowing experience the chance to get out on the water, stay active and enjoy a thriving and inclusive community. This program provides a supportive, positive environment where athletes can develop, improve, and gain speed on the water at their own pace while building lifelong fitness.
Is this program right for you?
Athletes aged 14-18, interested in a fun and casual rowing experience.
Previous rowing experience (competitive or recreational) is required. New rowers must complete our Learn to Row program before joining the Recreational Rowing program.
Practice Schedule:

5:30 PM-7:30 PM Tuesday & Thursday

Fees:
$200 + HST per session
(if this is your first Rowing Session of the year, you will need to register with RCA&RowOn and pay the annual fee - details as you register)
What's Next:
Once you’ve completed a Recreational Rowing program, there are several ways to continue your rowing journey. If you are ready for a more challenging experience with increased training and racing opportunities, you may choose to join one of our Competitive Programs. If you would like to continue improving your technique, fitness, and confidence on the water at a steady and enjoyable pace, you can continue within our Recreational Programs and keep building your skills in a fun and supportive environment.

Our Recreational Program is more fun with your friends! Have a group of 9 ready to take the the water. Join with a full boat. (* rowers and 1 Coaxie)
