High School Rowing Team

Our high school team combines athletes from different high schools in Kingston who are interested in training and/or competing in rowing.
School rowing teams are usually on the smaller side, so combining these various programs helps to ensure that there are enough athletes and resources to successfully run practices.
On race day, athletes will be able to race either for their school or the KRC, dependent on what school they go to.

Current Schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday at 5:50am
Saturdays at 7:00am
Dates and times of practices may vary throughout the season and with the number of participants
