General Information

The Kingston Rowing Club offers seasonal and annual membership options for both Competitive and Non-Competitive rowers. Non-Competitive members have the option to sign up for recreational boats. When the quota for a boat is met the KRC will contact the interested members to arrange a collectively agreed upon weekly schedule and assign the crew a coach.

Seasonal memberships are available for spring, summer, and fall. For a complete list of fees and dates associated with Competitive and Non-Competitive memberships, please consult our 2017 Fee Schedule.

Non-Competitive Memberships

The Kingston Rowing Club Non-Competitive membership is suited for rowers with some past experience who are interested in rowing for fun, recreation, or casual fitness. If you are interested in becoming a member for the 2017 season, or are already a member, please sign up below for a spot in a recreational boat. When the quota for a boat is met the KRC will contact the interested members to arrange a collectively agreed upon weekly training schedule and assign the crew a coach. Non-Competitive members who demonstrate competency in small boats and pass a supervised water safety test may be permitted to row without coach supervision under the club's buddy boat regulations.

When registering for this product you must also register with Rowing Canada Aviron; visit the RCA website HERE. Enter your RCA number and password or create a new account. Click "Join a Rowing Program/Register" and select "Kingston Rowing Club" from the drop down menu. 
Select "2017 SPORT ROWER Registration". You can pay your RCA fees through the Kingston Rowing Club. Select the "Sport" option from the RCA/ORA dropdown menu below.

Competitive Memberships

The Kingston Rowing Club Competitive groups trains six mornings a week throughout the spring, summer and fall seasons. This membership option is suited for serious rowers with past experience who are training with the intent to compete in seasonal regattas. Please direct inquires about this program to info@kingstonrowing.com.
